Please be advised that your participation in review classes and use of the TIPS books constitute acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
All students must pay their fees either in full or 1/3 prior to the start of the class. For students who pay 1/3, the balance must be paid on the date specified on their receipts to avoid late-payment fees of $35. Any student who does not pay cannot continue to attend classes.
No refund will be issued to those students who do not attend classes. For students who wish to cancel, they must do so within two (2) days to get 90% refund.
No refunds or exchange home study packages once mailed,and individual book sales are final. No refund for crash course or for those students who do not attend the classes for the crash course. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Our Unlimited Free Repeat Policy is valid for 5 years from date of enrolment in one of our long-term review classes. If the student wishes to continue after 5 years they will need to pay 50% of the course fees.
TIPS reserves the right, without notice, to modify the course material or schedule of classes. In addition, the TIPS is not legally liable for risk or loss which occurred in or out of the premises of the institution during or after review classes.
The TIPS makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, timeliness, usefulness or completeness of any of the information contained in the products, materials and the course. However, we make all efforts to complete all activities. Furthermore, the TIPS does not assume responsibility or risk for your use of the pharmacy preparation manuals or review classes.
Our preparation classes and books are not intended as substitutes for the advice of PEBC, FPGEE, NAPLEX.
